Employee Engagement Camapign

With limited resources for employee engagement due to market challenges, I developed a zero-cost, company-wide colouring activity.

I created a bilingual PDF activity kit delivered to HR teams across Interfor’s operations, which included instructions, print-friendly promotional materials, and eight unique drawing prompts. These resources were designed for easy on-site printing, allowing each location.

To extend the impact beyond Interfor’s internal audience, I animated a series of social media posts featuring employee-submitted drawings. This not only increased organic engagement on Interfor’s official platforms but also encouraged participation from typically less-engaged employees, including members of the board of directors.

Results:

  • 115+ drawings submitted from employees and their families across all regions.

  • Boosted social media reach, with animated posts generating organic traffic and shares.

  • Lasting impact, as some Interfor divisions have continued the tradition with their own drawing contests.
