Employee Engagement Camapign
With limited resources for employee engagement due to market challenges, I developed a zero-cost, company-wide colouring activity.
I created a bilingual PDF activity kit delivered to HR teams across Interfor’s operations, which included instructions, print-friendly promotional materials, and eight unique drawing prompts. These resources were designed for easy on-site printing, allowing each location.
To extend the impact beyond Interfor’s internal audience, I animated a series of social media posts featuring employee-submitted drawings. This not only increased organic engagement on Interfor’s official platforms but also encouraged participation from typically less-engaged employees, including members of the board of directors.
Results:
115+ drawings submitted from employees and their families across all regions.
Boosted social media reach, with animated posts generating organic traffic and shares.
Lasting impact, as some Interfor divisions have continued the tradition with their own drawing contests.
