LEAPS by Bayer Brand Experience

Multinational pharmaceutical and life sciences company Bayer partnered with Immersive Tech to develop a high-quality, transportable experience that reflected their brand and mission. Designed to align with the Leaps by Bayer initiative—focused on tackling ten major global challenges—this interactive activation brought innovation to audiences worldwide.

At the core of the project was a customized 40’ shipping container, designed to function as both an immersive game space and a transportable exhibit. Divided into four rooms—three dedicated to gameplay—it also housed a 13-foot video wall showcasing brand content and player leaderboards. Players engaged with a mix of tactile, digital, and technology-driven puzzles, racing against time to help “save the world” in under 20 minutes.

My Role

I played a key role in creating the visual and interactive elements that enhanced the experience:

  • DDR-Inspired DNA Screen – A dynamic, motion-based puzzle encouraging player engagement through movement.

  • Custom Decals & Environmental Graphics – Designed and placed throughout the space to reinforce branding and storytelling.

  • Sourcing Materials - Working with fabricators and Hemlock Printers to ensure all decals applied to the materials and were durable for heavy contact.
