Following the acquisition of EACOM, Interfor needed to establish itself as the employer of choice in its newly acquired regions. The Eastern Recruitment Campaign was developed to introduce Interfor’s brand, values, and career opportunities to local communities while respecting the existing workforce culture.

Find Your Fit tagline was chosen to appeal to both hourly and salaried positions, emphasizing career growth, mentorship, and educational opportunities.

The campaign was structured in three targeted segments: hourly roles, salaried roles, and a call to action for applications.

Authenticity was a key focus—real Interfor employees were featured in all creative assets, from HR professionals to general laborers, reinforcing the campaign’s credibility.
